I define product and digital goals, translate business requirements into structured user stories, and support the delivery of clear, usable digital experiences.
I collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to refine workflows, clarify requirements, and ensure solutions are both user-friendly and technically feasible.
My focus is on improving clarity, usability, and structure across digital products and web content.
Over time, I realized that many business challenges are not just operational—they are fundamentally problems of structure, communication, and user experience.
Confusing workflows, unclear systems, and poorly designed tools often create friction for users. This led me toward product thinking, UX collaboration, and digital problem-solving, where I can improve both systems and user experiences through structured design and clear communication.
Through my Interactive Media Management program at Sheridan College, I gained applied experience in web development, UX design, and content structuring, including accessibility principles based on WCAG guidelines from the World Wide Web Consortium.
This experience strengthened my ability to design clear, accessible, and user-focused digital content across web and application environments.
