Project Overview

A responsive web application to simplify wedding planning, reducing stress by organizing tasks, timelines, and details. My role was to lead the team and manage project delivery.

Users struggle with multiple tools and disorganized planning workflows. The challenge was coordination and task prioritization for the team while keeping the application functional and usable.
